View a good large hardware store with a wide selection. Unfortunately, customer service seems to be a foreign word for some employees. For the 2nd time, we were rather poorly served in the garden electrical appliances department. After we unfortunately could not find a product, we had to walk through the departments for a very long time to even find an employee. At 3 customer service counters, no employee could be found. After we eventually succeeded in finding someone, we noticed with what "devoted" joy 😕 they came with us and searched for the product and luckily found it. But that was it. No further word on whether we needed more help or had any other wishes. She quickly disappeared again. Self-service seems to be the motto. Customer service looks different. However, we had the opposite experience a few months ago, when an employee from a "foreign" department came with us and kept calling until she found a responsible contact person. Our praise and thanks go to this employee (name unknown, somewhat older from the garden department).

We were looking for a fireplace stove and found one at the Obi hardware store in Zschopau. Very friendly staff in the department and also at the checkout (info). We will come back.

Obi has the usual hardware store assortment, most of the time I get what I need, prices are not always cheap but before driving to Chemnitz, you can buy it here a bit more expensive.

There are things, but many things are not available there, small Obi with a small assortment, better go to Ana if you really want to buy something.
